1. Services Provided

369 Consulting LLC provides business consulting and administrative support services, including but not limited to:

Business formation assistance (LLC, Corporations, etc.)
EIN and ITIN application assistance
Business licenses and permits support
Administrative and operational support
Bookkeeping and business organization
Financial document organization for tax preparation
General business consulting

Our services are administrative and consulting in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice unless otherwise stated by a licensed professional.

2. Monthly Service Fees

Certain services provided by 369 Consulting LLC are offered under a monthly service agreement. Monthly fees are based on the scope of services selected and must be paid on time to maintain active support.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services until the account becomes current.

Monthly fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated for the billing period.

3. Tax Preparation Organization Fees

Clients requiring assistance with the organization, cleanup, or reconstruction of financial information for tax filing purposes may incur additional fees.

These fees vary depending on:

Volume of documentation
Complexity of financial records
Missing or disorganized information
Time required to organize records

369 Consulting LLC reserves the right to assess and communicate additional service fees before beginning any document organization work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service completion.

369 Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays, penalties, inaccuracies, or filing issues resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide professional and accurate support, 369 Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific business, tax, financial, licensing, or legal outcomes.

Government approvals, tax agency decisions, licensing approvals, and filing processing times are outside our control.

6. Payments & Refunds

All service fees must be paid according to the agreed terms.

Due to the nature of consulting and administrative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Custom service fees, filing fees, government fees, and expedited processing fees are also non-refundable.

7. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel monthly services by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding balances for services already provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

369 Consulting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to tax penalties, missed deadlines, business interruptions, or government processing delays.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and take reasonable measures to protect personal and business information shared with us. However, clients acknowledge that electronic communication may carry inherent risks.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or hiring our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
